Basic but everything we needed for a short stay.
Great location, clean rooms.
It was a bit hit and miss as to whether there would be staff at the desk, on a couple of occasions we took drinks from the fridge and had to return to pay for them later- not everyone is so honest though so might be something for the hotel to address. Pool is right in the lobby and at one time a random stranger came and took a picture of our kids- appreciate this could happen with an outdoor pool but it was a bit odd. Also not many places to sit whilst kids are in pool and the lobby tiles are slippery when wet.

Very Good
The hotel is very well located a short walk to the Chiang Rai night market. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room didn't have the promised city view but it did open to overlook the indoor swimming pool. The room was a good size with a massive fridge. The availability of a washing machine is a bonus.
